Once we receive your request, we may verify your identity before processing the deletion request. After verification, we will take reasonable steps to delete your account and associated data, unless we are required or permitted to retain certain information for legal, security, or legitimate business purposes.
Deleting your account may permanently remove your access to event logs, notes, generated content, bookmarks, and other data associated with your use of ELS AI.
